This is a global role and reports to the Corporate Business Unit Technology Lead. It can be based in our US, Canada (ideally Vancouver), Hong Kong, Singapore or India offices. Itworks closely with other senior leaders, product managers, and stakeholders across the organization and acts as mentor, coach, and developer to the digital design team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centricity.The RoleThis role is pivotal in defining the user experience and design for our suite of client-facing digital experiences that are used by tens of thousands of clients day-to-day.It leads our user experience, user interface, and user research teams in creating engaging and user-friendly digital products and services for our B2B clients.At the same time, it is responsible for defining and executing the digital design strategy, processes, and standards across our diverse portfolio of products and platforms. It also oversees the implementation of a design language system based on our corporate brand, culminating in the delivery of digital solutions that meet business and user needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the digital design vision, strategy, and roadmap for the organization, aligned with the business goals and customer expectationsOwn the Design Language SystemEstablish and enforce digital design standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices across the organization, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiencyLead and manage the user experience, user interface, and user research teams across different locations, providing direction, guidance, and supportMonitor and measure adoption and client acceptance of digital experiences; monitoring KPIs using Google Analytics and other measurement toolsCollaborate and communicate with other senior leaders, product managers, and stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and integration of digital design activities and deliverablesMentor, coach, and develop the digital design teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and user-centricityAttributes / Technical SkillsExpert knowledge of digital design principles, practices, tools, and techniques, such as user experience, user interface, user research, prototyping, testing, accessibility, and brandingExperience in working with various digital design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.Experience in leading and managing global and distributed digital design teams, across different regions and time zones10+ years of experience in digital design, with at least 5 years of experience in leading and managing digital design teamsProven track record of delivering engaging and user-friendly digital solutions that meet business and user needs, using agile and user-centered design methodologiesA strong background in digital design, with proven experience in leading and managing large-scale, complex, and distributed digital projects.Company Benefits:Unlimited PTOMedical PPO Plan401k Plan with Employer MatchPaid Parental Leave (All Gender)Voluntary Benefits (Pet Insurance, Legal, more)Hybrid / Remote Flexibility depending on roleIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
