The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our organization's IT infrastructure. Forward Corporation is a fifth-generation, family-owned and operated Michigan company that has been in business for over 90 years. Forward Corp. also owns and operates Forward Energy, a home-heating business, and T.R. McTaggart, a custom screen print and embroidery business. Responsibilities: - Install and configure software and hardware - Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues - Set up and manage user accounts and permissions - Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks - Provide technical support to end-users - Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems - Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated Experience: - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows Server - Excellent customer service skills - Experience configuring networks, including LAN and WAN This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment where you can expand your skills and contribute to the success of our organization.
