Senior Level Corporate & Finance Associate in Washington, DC
Job requires five days a week on-site in Washington, DC
Compensation and Benefits:
A competitive salary ranging from $370,000 to $415,000, commensurate with experience.

Key Qualifications:
At least five years of experience in corporate transactional work, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions.
Exceptional drafting and negotiating skills.
Ability to independently manage components of deals and work collaboratively within a team.
Demonstrated ability to assume significant responsibility in leanly structured deal teams, ensuring high levels of partner and client contact.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction of application.

A globally recognized law firm is seeking senior associates (years 2014 - 2018) to join our Corporate & Finance sector.
This role is an outstanding opportunity for individuals with a passion for corporate transactional work, specifically with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:
Play a key role in a wide range of corporate transactional work, with a significant focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Work closely with a supportive team while independently managing deal components.
