Experienced Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger \ Pressure Vessel Engineer Job Description:

Required Experience:

• Candidate must be familiar with: HTRI Exchanger Suite, PV Elite/CodeCalc, and RCS.
• Applicant needs to be familiar with ASME Section 8 code and be able to navigate the code to obtain requirements to design shell and tube heat exchangers.
• Applicants should also be familiar with TEMA standards as well as API 660.
• Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger Design: 3 years (Required)
• ASME Section 8 Div.1: 3 years (Required)
• HTRI Exchanger Software: 3 years (Preferred)
• PV Elite / Code Calc: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

• Applicant must have at minimum B/S in Mechanical Engineering (required) and at Minimum 5 years of experience working on the design of new shell & tube Heat Exchangers and or pressure vessels.
• Professional Engineer( P.E.) preferred but not required.
