Join our Indirect Lending Team and help our members achieve their goals We're seeking a full-time Indirect Lending Specialist to support our virtual lending team and partner dealerships. In this role, you'll assist members in purchasing their dream car or boat by coordinating with dealerships to provide lending options and ensuring seamless contract funding.

Job Duties
+ Provide efficient, professional service to members via phone or other member channels
+ Work closely with dealers in our indirect lending program to maintain strong relationships
+ Assist members with consumer loan and deposit accounts, consumer loan underwriting, and all related services
+ Provide guidance concerning the wise and appropriate use of credit and other financial services while offering suggestions on how to improve financial well-being
+ Promote services to strengthen each member's relationship with CoVantage and seek ways to provide greater financial value
+ Successfully balance between achieving individual productivity, job performance, and service goals while maintaining a positive, team-based experience
After a training period, this position has the potential to work from any CoVantage location which has office space available. There may be some days/weeks that could be required in the Antigo office.
Qualifications
+ Have a high school diploma or equivalent
+ Have a minimum of three years lending experience
+ Must have knowledge or successfully complete training required in Consumer Underwriting within appropriate time period
+ Must be able to regularly apply sound judgment with respect to member and staff interactions
+ Have the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
