A **Store Manager** to manage a store locations operations. Inclusive of hiring, training, and managing employees, our Store Managers are responsible for the overall operations of and inventory management of a dark store location ensuring that Buyk hits its customer satisfaction goals, as well as maintains a culture of development and advancement by motivating employees and facilitating their career development with Buyk. Being a Startup we are also looking for our Store Managers to bring their own unique expertise in recommending ideas to improve efficiency, meeting targets, and growing our brand.

* Manage and develop the store team build strong team relationships with staff, plan and prepare schedules, train and oversee timely courier deliveries, pick packers, and inventory specialists.

* Develop and maintain inventory par tracking including monitoring expiration dates and maintaining on-hand goods & supplies.

* Maintain and manage employee timesheets, check and confirm waybills and invoices on all deliveries of inventory to the store

* Partner with our suppliers in overseeing all drop shipments to store locations as well as a distribution center.

* Customer Service and first-line assistance jumping in to ensure incoming orders are handled appropriately and a timely pass-off to couriers for delivery.

* Previous Experience Managing teams and motivating them to success;

* Analytical mindset and ability to resolve dynamic situations;

* Experience maintaining quality and safety standards;

* Out of the box thinker with innovative solutions to complex problems;

* Gsuite Platform, Word, and Excel knowledge and experience;

* Retail experience or relevant work experience.
