SUMMARY:
This position

is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support the growth objectives of the company. This individual will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with cross-functional departments to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively promote UAs culture development process by modeling the behaviors we would like to see by all staff.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Full oversight of company website, ensuring it reflects United Alloys brand identity, is user-friendly, and drives engagement and conversations.
Oversee the creation of compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and website content.
Manage digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns to drive traffic and engagement.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that support product launches and promotions.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing initiatives and maximize resources.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and timely execution of projects.
Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Flexibility to travel occasionally as needed.
