Discover everything you need for a perfect getaway, including dozens of soaking pools, unique wellness activities and offerings, spa treatments to complement your health restoration, and fresh and intentional dining options.RequirementsCore Responsibilities:Clean and maintain the guest room areas, including bathroom and bedroom, according tocompany standardsOrganize and stock cleaning cart, and organize linen closets as assignedComplete assigned paperwork in an accurate and timely fashionPerform other duties as assigned, such as cleaning spills or executing special guestrequestKnowledge, Skills, and CompetenciesHigh work ethic and self-initiativeRegular attendance according to established guidelinesMay be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the propertyFocus and maintain attention to tasks, and complete work assignments on time despitefrequent interruptionsAbility to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guestconfidentiality at all timesPhysical Requirements:Quickly and thoroughly perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, spending approximately24 minutes per guest room, and cleaning approximately 18 rooms per shiftSit, stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods of timeBend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning requirementsInspect rooms for cleanliness and immediately report guest belongings that have been leftbehindLift approximately thirty (30) pounds of equipment or supplies on and off a cart, usingsafe lifting techniquesPush heavy carts, approximately one hundred (100) poundsGood communication skills, both written and verbal, using written communication skillsto mark completed rooms on daily paperworkGrasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, pulling, pushing,listening and hearing ability and visual abilityThis job description is not an exhaustive list of all job functions that are required of an employeein this position.
