Youll manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing and screening candidates to partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Matching, PTO, Paid Holidays, and more Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates for various roles within the logistics sector Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to fill positions quickly and efficiently Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture Participate in seasonal job fairs and relevant networking events to enhance the companys visibility and attract top talent Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information What Were Looking For 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or customer service-related field Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience or knowledge of logistics/supply chain is a plus HR certification highly preferred (PHR, SHRM-CP) Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy with ATS/HRIS experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities Professional, dependable, coachable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion KCH Transportation is an EEO employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
