The Role
As a CPA Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team of skilled professionals and ensuring the highest quality of tax services. Your role is pivotal in upholding our reputation as a premier expat tax service provider.

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
Ensure excellence in client service, managing complex expat tax cases with expertise and creativity.
Drive innovation in tax strategies and solutions, staying ahead in a rapidly changing field.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our services and client experience.

Qualifications:
CPA license required.
Experience in US expat tax services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and openness to new ideas and approaches.

Our compensation package includes a base salary + uncapped, unlimited commissions. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 USD per year, depending on experience in a leadership role & depth of individual expat tax background. Current BrightTax CPA Managers earn between $60,000 and $175,000 USD.
