Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative TSN, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our office in Frederick, CO. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, investigate any issues, and find resolutions in a timely manner. This position will serve as the liaison between Sales and the customer. At Bunzl, we know that our employees are our number one asset. Responsibilities: Answering inquiries from distributors, end-users, and manufacturer's reps Entering and processing orders Investigating customer problems and/or complaints to successful resolution Maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers with exceptional service Function as a liaison between Customer Service and other departments in the company to address customer needs Expediting orders, as required Customer Pricing coordinator duties as needed Working effectively in a team environment to meet business goals and objectives Hybrid Schedule - In office and remote days Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience Experience in customer service, pricing, and c-store chain operations. Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word and Excel AS400 experience is highly preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and able to identify and prioritize tasks Problem solver with the ability to multi-task using judgment and decision-making skills Excellent detail-oriented customer service skills The perks of being a Bunzl team member don't stop at being part of a great team or being valued as our #1 asset.
