The Customer/Reservation Specialist will help support the national business needs of its client whose focus is on the automotive segment. The Specialist is the first point of contact between customers and our program. The Specialist will assist with program enrollment, answer inquiries, provide information, troubleshoot problems, research eligibility, and assist with training and event logistics.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer experience by being attuned to guests needs and proactively striving to exceed them through phone and email correspondenceAssist guests with registering for high end off-road program, events, and trainingDetail-oriented and committed to accuracyIdentify and leverage resources to gather necessary information to authenticate eligibilityDocument, troubleshoot and resolve customer concernsOutbound call campaigns to customersRetain and communicate program informationMaintain and update databaseIdentify and escalate priority issues to managementAbility to adapt in a fast-changing environmentWork with other teams and vendors to resolve issues or finalize logisticsExecute follow-up communicationAbility to work independently, exercise good judgment, and effectively problem solve; ideal candidate should also have demonstrated ability to anticipate and trouble shoot issuesSupport and balance the demands of the collective team, management, and consumers with the requirements for any given task.Other duties as assignedQualifications

Proficient in verbal and written communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent requiredExperience with reservation systemsProficient in use of the Microsoft suite, specifically in Excel, Word, OutlookExperience in a customer service environment requiredListening skillsProblem analysis and problem-solving skillsMaintain a high level of customer serviceOrganizational skillsAttention to detailAgile, adaptable and flexibleAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentAbility to multitask and meet deadlinesMust be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
