As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and you will be responsible for leading the CI initiatives designed to eliminate non-value-added activities while improving operations excellence at the plant with emphasis on sustainable development.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Customer scorecard reporting process to track performance and drive continuous improvementIdentify, coach and lead cross-functional teams in lean projects and eventsSet vision and milestones for achievement at all levels of the organizationFull understanding of the P&L and demonstrates ability to support EBITDA improvement through project definition and completionData driven in actions, decision making and reportingBreak down barriers and generate excitement around continuous improvement activities by generating a total CI culture.Demonstrate strong leadership skills through personal performance and enhancement in the performance other individuals and overall teamPossess strong problem-solving skills with the ability to coach and mentor teams through practical applicationsMinimum Skills and Experience Required:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or Engineering required5+ years of experience in manufacturingSix Sigma Black Belt, preferredMulti-plant experience with global responsibility a plusAutomotive industry experience a plusBehavioral Competencies - Common to all Motus PositionsIntegrity - Iron clad.
