Long term renewable contract. Workday Data Analyst. Must be a W2 employee. No C2C, no 1099. REMOTE. You MUST have the following experience or will not be considered:
5+ years experience supporting implementation Human Resources (HR) technologies and knowledge of HR-related systems and integrations (HRIS, background check vendors, assessment vendors, employee referral add-ons, CRM, etc.)

3 years experience working in Workday, including experience in handling change requests, defects, incidents, and customer concerns
Must have Workday Recruitment Business Process Experience and the ability to create Technical requirements.
The need comes from a lot of change happening, the manager needs help getting the day-to-day activities and projects taken care of so they can focus on the long term. They interact with a bunch of organizations and departments. The role will be centered on Workday, and it is important to understand the business process behind it.

Not an end user role.
The Role:
You will support multiple business processes and work streams related to recruiting and HR-applicable tools as well as serve for system design and integrations. You will participate on various project teams and perform analysis, requirements gathering, planning, design, development, testing and release of features and functionalities for current and new recruiting software implementations.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a related field
5+ years experience supporting implementation Human Resources (HR) technologies and knowledge of HR-related systems and integrations (HRIS, background check vendors, assessment vendors, employee referral add-ons, CRM, etc.)

3 years experience working in Workday, including experience in handling change requests, defects, incidents, and customer concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
