If you want to make an impact on a global scale, come make a difference at Fiserv.Job TitleContract SpecialistIn this role, you could look forward to:Providing meaningful contributions to the group by:Working primarily on single purpose agreements/documents (NDAs, SOWs, amendments, letters, etc.)Preparing initial drafts of agreements based upon contracting standards and unique deal terms or requestsManaging form contract templatesDrafting shorter sections or passages, primarily using standard documentation and a clause bankWorking with client partners/sales executives to verify termsInterpreting business and legal terms during and after the contracting processReviewing terms against templates and identifying deviationsActing as the point person for the collection of information and feedback from disparate groups (e.g. finance, operations, security, product, etc.) during the contracting processEnsure final copies of agreements/documents are saved and stored properlyLearning the business products and staying current with industry trends and newsAssisting with research projectsWhat you need to have:Bachelor's Degree or five (5) years of relevant experienceOne (1) to three (3) years of contract/legal experienceStrong written, verbal, and analytical skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and demanding environment with sales associates for clientsStrong interpersonal skills, team playerStrong organizational skills, detail orientedStrong computer proficiency with a variety of software applications, including MS-Office Suite and PDF software and excellent typing skillsEffective time managementWhat we would like for you to have:Experience drafting various product and service technology contracts, including non-disclosure agreements and similar contractsThis role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, Hawaii, New York or Washington.Please note that salary ranges provided for this role on external job boards are salary estimates made by outside parties and may not be accurate.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
