Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee and manage our large development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate development, financial analysis, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight:
Manage and oversee large development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including cash flow projections, budget management, and performance tracking.
Asset Management:
Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize the value and performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Reporting:
Prepare detailed reports on project progress, financial performance, and market trends for senior management and investors.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with development projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPM, CCIM) is a plus.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in asset management or real estate development, with a focus on large development projects.
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in real estate software and financial modeling tools.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
