Responsibilities

•Evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized speech therapy treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.
•Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
•Collaborate with medical professionals, educators, and caregivers to develop comprehensive therapy goals and strategies.
•Stay current on the latest research and techniques in speech therapy to provide cutting-edge care to patients.
•Advocate for patients' communication needs and empower them to improve their quality of life through speech therapy interventions.

Qualifications

•Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
•Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
•Experience working with children and/or adults with speech and language disorders/delays
•Proficient in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
