* We service all of Central North Carolina, as well as areas surrounding Wilmington & Myrtle Beach
* Current office locations include Greensboro, Garner and Wilmington

* Assist in coordinating new hire onboarding, including conducting orientations and preparing paperwork
* Serve as one of the main points of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
* Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
* Oversee vehicle fleet management system and operations
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
* Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives
* Stay up-to-date with HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR activities

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field
* At least 1-year experience in a Human Resources role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Ability to work across multiple different systems
* Ability to work well in a team environment

$19-$21 per hour

Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8AM to 5PM
