www.yourcaleres.com Preferred Qualifications & Education 1-3 years of experience in retail store sales, customer service/hospitality environment, and/or a combination of applicable experience in a comparable brand environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. A self-starter who can effectively prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and is customer service focused. Proficient in general computer, Microsoft Office, and ability to learn and retain details around new, unfamiliar proprietary systems. Able to perform point of sales functions, including register and cash handling. Physical Requirements and/or Environment Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor level to above shoulder height utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques. Ability to use step stools and/or ladders of varying sizes to reach inventory in stock room. Ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
