Job Purpose: Lead accounting & finance for NA Retail as key member of management team.

Core Job Duties
  • Partner with NA Retail management team to manage and own their financial planning in conjunction with the business unit processes including Long-range plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), and Quarterly Business reviews (QBR) processes, and help architect the information flow and methodologies with finance for a strong, dynamic business partnership.
  • Provide financial leadership and analysis to find ways to optimize the business, control costs, streamline business processes, and drive additional revenue (TSS initiative "5 by 25")
  • Develop key metrics and hold monthly/quarterly meetings with business unit/finance management team to review progress and ensure the achievement and delivery according to financial plan.
  • Oversee accounting and finance operations for TSS NA Retail.
  • Finance lead for ERP system conversion to Hana/S4 and continued enhancements.


Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance with 5+ years applicable work experience. MBA/CPA a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

In depth knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue recognition. Strong excel and ERP system knowledge. SAP HANA/S4 preferred. Experience/knowledge retail sales accounting and business processes is preferred.
