Essential Responsibilities:

  • Utilize ADP accounting software as well as Microsoft office software to perform accounting functions and create spreadsheets, graphs, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain cash receipts and posting of receipts
  • Post and ensure accuracy of electronic file transfers
  • Oversee vendor accounts including, but not limited to, payments and credits to maintain accuracy of accounts.
  • Maintain incentive program
  • Generate and maintain appropriate reports and spreadsheets
  • File and maintain records for required period of time.
  • Responsible for office supply orders and business cards
  • Pick up and deliver mail
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications:
  • Accounting degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong mathematical ability
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Prior experience in accounting software; experience in ADP software a plus
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Driving record in good standing
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for up to 8 hours/day
  • Ability to work with computers for up to 8 hours/day
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
