Job Title: Senior SAP EWM Functional Analyst
Job Summary:
The Senior SAP EWM Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Solutions for our clients. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to identify requirements, develop functional specifications, and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a critical role in ensuring successful implementation and enhancement of SAP EWM processes within the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Collaborate with clients and key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP EWM Solutions.
2. Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM modules to support warehouse management processes, including inbound/outbound processing, inventory management, and resource optimization.
3. Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiencies within the warehouse management system.
4. Lead and contribute to system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the successful implementation and functionality of SAP EWM.
5. Provide end-user training and support to enable users to effectively utilize SAP EWM functionality.
6. Develop and maintain technical specifications, system documentation, and user manuals to ensure proper understanding and utilization of SAP EWM solutions.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in resolving system issues, troubleshooting complex problems, and maintaining system integrity.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to SAP EWM to continuously enhance knowledge and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM functional analysis and configuration.
3. Extensive knowledge of warehouse management processes and best practices.
4. Proven experience in implementing SAP EWM modules and integrating with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP WM, SAP MM, SAP SD).
5. Strong understanding of system integration and data migration concepts within the SAP ecosystem.
6. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
7. Knowledge of ABAP programming, debug and enhancement techniques within SAP EWM is highly desirable.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
9. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose effective resolutions.
10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a collaborative team.
11. Experience in leading small teams and managing project deliverables.
12. SAP EWM certification is a plus.
