Roles & Responsibilities
•Develop, customize, and maintain CLM and CPQ solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language.
•Implement enhancements and new features to meet business requirements.
•Integrate CLM and CPQ solutions with other Salesforce modules and external systems as needed.
•Design and develop integration solutions using Apex, REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration tools.
•Configure and manage CLM and CPQ application settings, workflows, and data models.
•Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity within the CLM and CPQ applications.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and quality assurance, to deliver integrated solutions.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CLM and CPQ applications.
•Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
•Follow best practices for Salesforce development and adhere to coding standards.
