  • Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and resolving potential issues.
  • Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and offer assistance with locating items.
  • Accurately perform cashier duties, handle transactions with precision, and follow company policies.
  • Maintain sales floor by restocking shelves, checking vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory tasks.
  • Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
  • Provide customer support to all departments, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
  • Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy.
Requirements:
  • At least 16 years of age.
  • Physical Requirements: remaining upright on feet, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, visual acuity for close work.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service.
