Job Summary:Frank Kent Cadillac, located in Arlington, Texas, is seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary range of $36,000 to $250,000 per year, paid semimonthly. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales for our dealership.Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive salary range of $36,000 to $250,000 per year- Paid semimonthly- Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance- 401(k) retirement savings plan- Paid time off and vacation days- Employee discounts on vehicle purchases and services- Ongoing training and development opportunitiesResponsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally- Utilize various sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to effectively sell vehicles- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to customers- Work collaboratively with the dealership team to ensure a positive customer experience- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions- Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales skills and product knowledgeRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales software- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environmentEEOC statement:Frank Kent Cadillac is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
