Some of your responsibilities and expectations for both positions are:
- Ability to use tools or equipment safely and properly
- Assist your team with maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Understand quality and installation requirements for T-Mobile and/or Verizon builds
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast paced environment
- Maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers, public and management
- Follow and adhere to all safety procedures and requirements
- Attend safety meetings and follow company & safety policies
- Manage your crew while motivating and leading by example
- The ability to understand the SOW, read plans & fill out safety forms properly
- Planning to ensure your crew has all the necessary materials and supplies
- Gather and submit all required deliverables within the required deadlines
- Ensure the safety of your crew & notify Management of any issues
- Communicate schedules and other necessary information to your crew clearly
- Must have experience with climbing & ability to properly use climbing gear and PPE
- Must be able to lift/carry 70lb
- Must have full body mobility: twisting, turning, and working for extensive periods on feet
- Must be able to work at various heights on a regular basis
- Have basic math skills & speak/understand English
- Ability to work in ALL weather conditions for extended periods
- Pass a Criminal Background Check
- Acceptable Driving Record & a Driver's License
- Willingness to travel and work nights/weekends when necessary
- Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
- Ability to to travel often to sites across the Upper Midwest
