A Nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. People First in Savannah Local Team Collaboration: Join a dedicated team of 30 physicians and seven advanced practice providers (APPs), supported by clinical performance nurses, program managers, and coordinators. Work with professionals from different geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, enhancing your learning and collaboration on each case. Teamwork is integral to our approach, and our hospital department leaders are always available to support you and ensure seamless care. Qualifications: Certification required. Minimum two years of experience in acute care or hospital medicine preferred. Practice in the Heart of the Community Flexible Scheduling: Enjoy flexible scheduling with shifts from 4 PM - 4 AM as part of our dedicated nocturnist team. Key Responsibilities: Provide care during the overnight shift, focusing on admissions and cross-coverage calls. Collaborate with two nocturnist doctors to manage patient care using the Epic EMR system. No procedure requirements, but the opportunity to maintain privileges.
