**Description**

Job Functions:

* Use checklist to mis en place your station with the prep needed, always prioritize

* Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental polices/service procedures/standards

* Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment use equipment only as intended

* Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work area to strictly abide state health regulations and resort requirements

* Meet with pastry chef to review assignments, anticipate business levels, changes and other information pertinent to job performance

* Complete opening duties and closing duties

* Prepare and produce dessert menu items for Norma's, mister parker's, Counter Reformation, Room-Service, Pools and banquets following recipes

* Prepare amenity orders for room-service

* Maintain proper storage procedures as specified by health department and resort requirements

* Minimize waste and maintain control to attain forecasted food cost
