Join our team as a Residency Advisor and play a key role in the newest life plan luxury community in Tysons, VA. At The Mather, we are changing ways on how the society views aging and committed to creating Ways to Age WellSM.You will serve as liaison to support the generation of qualified referrals through community outreach activities.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Initiate contact with and respond to assigned prospect inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner as defined in sales training and goals, consistently delivering a 'Mather experience' for each customer.Maintain current, complete and accurate data in the lead management system following established program procedures.Act as a liaison between prospects/depositors and Mather team members involved in the sales and approval process.Conduct prospect tours, communication and duties by Sales Manager.Distribute and collect depositor applications in an accurate and timely manner, forwarding to the appropriate staff to assure a timely review and approval/move-in process.Follow all Mather Connections communications guidelines with prospects, depositors and resident.QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSRequired:Sales or community relations experience in a service-related industryStrong computer skillsAbility to maintain a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of the sales process, services and policiesFlexible, self-motivated and professional demeanorExcellent written & oral communication and public speaking/presentation skillsPreferred:College Degree or equivalentExperience working with older adultsMather is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer committed to a diverse workforce.
