Position Responsibilities: Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge. Presenting the OTF concept to interested consumers ("intros"). Giving studio tours. Working with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout. Selling memberships to help the studio thrive. Following up on prospective clients. Handling members’ concerns professionally with the goal of resolution. Participating in marketing and outreach events. Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the studio, lobby, and front desk. Conducting telephone inquiries and customer care calls. Participating in 1-2 OTF workouts per week. Responding immediately to member requests and inquiries. Proper onboarding of all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms. Working closely with the Fitness Team to fulfill processes. Attending and participating in all relevant OTF training programs. Job Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills. Friendly, positive, and upbeat demeanor. Previous sales experience is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively. Functional computer skills required. Health & fitness-minded individuals preferred. Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Additional Information: Full-time employees receive health benefits. Compensation raises are given after 3 months of employment. Commissions and bonuses can add another $2-$3 to the hourly rate. Retention bonuses are given every 6 months of employment.
