Train employeesin these methods.- Develop weld and assembly jigs and fixturing.- Develop and maintain multi-level bill of materials; communicatechanges using Manufacturing Change Order Process.- Complete time studies for continuous improvement.- Develop schedules for assembly, fabrication and cutting departments.- Lead Kaizen events in various manufacturing areas.- Estimate production times, staffing requirements and related coststo provideinformation for management decisions. Research and develop projectcost.- Support estimating department with daily requests.- Write capital expenditure requests and justification.- Support Engineering Order process meetings and implementationthrough Manufacturing Change Order Process.- Update or write manufacturing work instructions for existing or newassemblies and fabrication using processes in place.
