we're committed to providing outstanding service and support to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and passionate Client Care Advocate to join our dedicated team at our headquarters office in Tigard, Oregon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Essential Functions Answer incoming calls Call back missed calls and respond to voicemails Respond promptly and professionally to client requests, concerns and feedback. Ensure that all client interactions are handled with empathy, patience and a commitment to resolution Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM systems Manage and update client accounts and information through our CRM software. Participate in regular check-ins with the Client Care Manager to assess client satisfaction and address any concerns

Required Skills and Qualifications: One to Five years of proven experience in customer service or client-facing role The ability to interact effectively with clients and internal team members High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides). Proficient telephone skills, including managing high call volumes and engaging positively with clients. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a drive to go above and beyond to meet client needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written Salesforce experience preferred but not required

Additional Requirements: The role requires flexibility in scheduling; availability to work weekends and non-standard business hours as needed.
