Description

The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of the building that he/she is assigned to. He/she will be responsible for completing the daily duties provided to him/her by the supervisor. The custodian will be responsible for team cleaning and individual cleaning. Constant communication with the supervisor is key to making sure the duties are completed.

Essential Tasks:

Conduct regular inspections of the assigned area.
Follow job duties that the supervisor assigns.
Cross train in different areas.
Provide excellent customer service.
Inform supervisor of broken equipment and fill stations that do not work properly.
Duties that you could be asked to complete in the building you are assigned to: Sweep Floors, Mop floors, dust, clean restrooms, take out trash, vacuum, Disinfect touch points and surfaces, Clean glass doors and windows, Clean and polish drinking fountains, Clean kitchens/break rooms, Sweep, mop stairwells, Wipe down handrails in stairwells, Clean and polish elevators, Keep custodial closet clean and organized

* You will be provided a building specific schedule, however the above tasks are companywide and you could be asked to perform such duties at any time.*

El Custodio es responsable de mantener la limpieza general del edificio al que est asignado. Ser responsable de completar las tareas diarias que le asigne el supervisor. El conserje ser responsable de la limpieza del equipo y de la limpieza individual. La comunicacin constante con el supervisor es clave para asegurarse de que se completen las tareas.

Tareas esenciales:

Realizar inspecciones peridicas del rea asignada.
Siga los deberes laborales que le asigne el supervisor.
Entrenamiento cruzado en diferentes reas.
Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente.
Informe al supervisor de los equipos rotos y de las estaciones de servicio que no funcionan correctamente.
Tareas que se le podran pedir que complete en el edificio al que est asignado: Barrer pisos, trapear pisos, quitar el polvo, limpiar baos, sacar la basura, aspirar, desinfectar puntos de contacto y superficies, limpiar puertas y ventanas de vidrio, limpiar y pulir fuentes de agua potable, limpiar cocinas / salas de descanso, barrer, trapear escaleras, limpiar pasamanos en escaleras, limpiar y pulir ascensores, Mantenga el armario de custodia limpio y organizado

* Se le proporcionar un cronograma especfico del edificio, sin embargo, las tareas anteriores son para toda la empresa y se le podra pedir que realice dichas tareas en cualquier momento.*
