Job Description Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with Wicks Law requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained. Manage on-site operations, including scheduling, safety, and quality control. Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to local and state regulations, including Wicks Law compliance. Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
