summary Temecula Manufacturing Facility Seeking Shift Supervisor Pay Rate:$20-26/hour, based on experienceSchedule:Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm SHIFT SUPERVISOR Injection Preform / Blow Molding Manufacturer We are a Food and Beverage Plastics Packaging company, seeking a Day and Night Shift Supervisor who can join our team and assist us in our goal to continue our commitment to excellence, as a world class manufacturer. Position highlights include: ? Directs, supervises, and coordinates shift personnel activities / scheduling ? Directs, supervises, and coordinates machine startups / setups ? Organizes and assigns priorities based off production schedule ? Analyzes and diagnoses machine problems, works with QC to coordinate corrective procedures. Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions: ? Lead the day to day operations of the team, to include safety, quality, shipping, receiving, scheduling. ? Reviews production sheets to determine what products will be run on which machines ? Confirms Production output continues per specifications and documents to satisfy quality requirements ? Oversees the consumption of raw materials as performed by subordinates and verifies accuracy of their accumulation of data from production and subsequent data entry into SAP computer system. ? Confirms the effectiveness / accuracy of Finished Good Rework and the subsequent tracking of Rework inventory movements into SAP computer system. ? Ensures the application of GMP's, SOP's in accordance with SQF / IMS standards. ? Communicates mechanical issues to Supervisor or requests help directly from the Maintenance Dept. ? Helps manage machine process efficiency initiatives, scrap minimization, materials conservation ? Maintains a safe, clean and organized production area, suggests and implements improvements. ? Completes daily production records and logs for shift ?
