Our Director of Marketing and Public Relations will optimize our brand through influencer & ambassador collaborations on all channels to increase engagement & drive sales. We are looking for a candidate that has an extensive background in Marketing, Video Production, Graphic Design and Social Media but is also a natural innovator with an eye for detail, obsession for quality and a strong creative vision.

In this all-encompassing marketing role, you will work closely with the Executive Team to lead the promotion of our business using video marketing, graphic design, web presence and social media platforms.

Video Production

  • Manage Video Production Process (pre-production, production, post-production)
  • Produce, Direct and Deliver video assets for campaigns, corporate communications, internal communications and social media
  • Oversee production and coordinate various parties and stakeholders; including internal employees, contracted resources, and 3rd party vendors.
  • Manage pre-production work; script writing, casting, etc.
  • Requires working knowledge of all tools and technology related to video production and editing

Social Media

  • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company and industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
  • Run regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success
  • Help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience and supports marketing goals.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers.

Marketing/PR Website Graphic Design

  • Create and oversee SEO and AdWords strategy
  • Create targeted ads with geo-fencing and IP targeting
  • Create and distribute press releases to local and national media and industry publications
  • Help create PowerPoint presentations for speaking engagements
  • Responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of the infrastructure and software utilized for the organization's website.
  • Monitors web traffic, performance and capacity to identify, prevent and resolve issues.
  • Coordinates with executive team to ensure that the site provides content and functionality that meet the business needs of the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • A well-designed portfolio, highlighting a creative and innovative approach to design principles
  • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
  • Develop creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including newspaper, magazine, collateral design, web, and presentations
  • Organized, creative and proactive
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Video Production, Social Media& Graphic Design
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knows how to use Google, Microsoft and Adobe suite of products
  • Working knowledge of audio/video production and editing tools
  • Drone video experience a plus
  • SEO AND PPC experience
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML and CSS
