What is MHP? This Recruiter role is from MHP (which is a Porsche company but completely different from PCNA) MHP is a leading international management and IT consultancy. We develop pioneering mobility and manufacturing solutions for multinational corporations, mid-sized companies and disruptive startups.

Overview: Speaks with and asks questions of job applicants to select people meeting employer qualifications. Checks employment applications and examines work history, education and training, job skills, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Records additional knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, test results, and other data pertinent to selection and referral of applicants. Reviews job orders and matches applicants with job requirements, utilizing manual or computerized file search. 4+ Years of Experience.

Position Objective: Act as strategic partner to our managers and provide recruiting consultative services to MHP America. Takes a proactive role to drive and coordinate recruitment activities within client groups.

Primary Responsibilities: Develop and execute full life cycle recruiting including job descriptions, posting, outbound sourcing, and intake sessions with managers, conducting interviews and negotiating terms of employment. Network through industry contacts, Internet, associations, trade groups and employees to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates. Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business direction; use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Projects as assigned to develop and further improve the Talent Acquisition department i.e. Candidate Experience, Employer Branding (social media), manager toolbox for interviewing etc. Develop and lead programs that support the filling of immediate recruitment targets, build a pipeline for future needs, and establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions in accordance with legal requirements. Build strong, credible relationships with HR Managers, hiring managers, and critical stakeholders operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert Consistent evaluation of tools and systems necessary for a paperless, scalable recruiting model Contribute to all steps associated with sourcing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates in the recruitment of prospective employees Demonstrate and ensure expert use of social media sources, resume harvesting, databases, and job boards to source and pursue qualified candidates Represent MHP at university career fairs, conferences, and events (ability to travel when necessary)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent field of study

Experience (Job and Industry): Required: Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Point (please list years of experience) 4+ years of senior level recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment Previous experience recruiting for a consulting firm is STRONGLY PREFERRED Thorough knowledge of the Information Technology, Manufacturing, and Emerging Technology/Software sectors, including emerging trends and technologies beyond AI/ML/Cloud etc. Comprehensive understanding and experience with compensation principles, including market benchmarks and negotiation strategies. Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing recruitment processes for multiple job requisitions concurrently, ensuring timely fulfillment of hiring needs across various departments or business units. Must possess thorough knowledge of HR policies and programs; best practices; principles and trends; as well as employment related State and Federal laws.

Skills: Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry Demonstrated ability to effectively match candidate profiles with job descriptions, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture. Firm understanding of compensation concepts, theories, and trends Strong negotiation and mediation skills, enabling successful outcomes in candidate discussions and offer processes. Skilled in utilizing various sourcing techniques, including industry contacts, online platforms, associations, and employee referrals, to identify and attract top talent. Proven track record of building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline, strategically sourcing candidates for current and future hiring needs, particularly within the Information Technology, manufacturing, and emerging technology sectors. Strong oral/written communication, facilitation, listening and presentation skills at all levels Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers. Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively Ability to build trust within client groups and maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
