Job Summary: The Financial Analyst II is responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Primary Responsibilities: Use financial modeling techniques to forecast revenues, expenses, and other key financial metrics Gather financial data and provide insights into business performance Prepare and present financial reports for management Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making Collect and analyze financial information, trends and market conditions Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess financial health Identify and mitigate financial risks Identify areas for improvement and cost efficiencies Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives Analyze budget spend to provide insight on areas needing optimization Support, analyze, and assist in the preparation and review of the company's annual operating budget Adhere to all PPE and GMP requirements Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environment Performs other related duties as assigned
