This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to join the central FP&A team at Collins Aerospace.

In this position, you will be a key contributor in the development of financial forecasts, provide in-depth financial results analysis to Senior Leadership, and play a key role in ensuring the financial success of the central Collins organization. Being a part of the central finance team provides the opportunity to interact with all levels throughout the organization and offers a unique view of Collins Aerospace as you collaborate with key stakeholders from Central Organizations to implement and drive financial processes.

This individual will ideally work a hybrid role at any Collins Aerospace location (Windsor Locks, CT or Charlotte, NC preferred) but can possibly work remote

What You Will Do:
  • Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Long Range Plan (LRP), and Monthly Close & Forecast processes for the Central P&L
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to Collins leadership for monthly/quarterly/yearly financial results for the Central P&L.
  • Provide detailed analysis on risks and opportunities and deliver thoughtful recommendations.
  • Perform monthly tie out of actuals between multiple ledgers in SAP to HFM/OneStream
  • Monitor financial practices to ensure they are conducted accurately and are compliant with regulations, laws, and standards.
  • Compile the annual allocations analysis for all Collins SBUs
  • Complete quarterly balance sheet deliverables
  • Restructuring and headcount reporting
  • Perform adhoc analysis and reporting as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to travel 15% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position
  • 5+ years of prior experience in finance or accounting
Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Prior FP&A experience
  • Experience with SAP, HFM or OneStream

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
