The Operations Manager will provide leadership and oversight to operations, yards and facilities for their specific region. In this role, the Operations Manager will be focused on setting expectations and managing performance of the Field Managers and their locations. This will include selecting and developing a talented workforce, effectively engaging and meeting expectations of internal and external customers, partnership with various support group functions, implementing strategies that align with the company objectives and striving to deliver operational excellence and a safe work environment. This position works under the direction of the GPOR President. The Equipment Operator, DOT Entry Level is responsible for working as one of the crew members assigned to the field in fracturing, or other, as required. The candidate must demonstrate safe work habits, be able to follow directions and work well as part of a team. Major responsibilities include driving company vehicles and trucks, general maintenance and repair of pumping equipment and attachments and assisting in pumping activities. This position works under the direction of the Service Supervisor or other supervisor, as applicable. The Maintenance Supervisor, Operations Support will be responsible for coordinating the activities of Shop Mechanics within the Operations Support department; provide guidance and supervision to all preventive maintenance inspection, repair, and rebuild of components of machinery and/or mechanical equipment; and ensure personnel meets all requirements and criteria to perform assigned work activities. This position works under the direction of the Maintenance Manager, Operations Support. This role is a working manager who is also responsible for leading the HRIS team. Additionally, the role is responsible for providing both strategic guidance and tactical support in the administration and support of policies, procedures, and systems. This role partners with our HR Business Process Owners, IT, and our HR Manages Services provider. Effectively diagnose and repair equipment. Complete related reports and paperwork, order parts, operate and maintain work equipment and tools. This role works under the direction of the Assistant Field Manager and/or Field Manager. The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for performing warehouse and facility tasks related to staging and ordering of parts/materials. The position works both independently and as part of a team and collaborates effectively with employees, customers and vendors. This position works under the direction of the Manager Procurement. Role will temporarily be in Pearsall; then long-term will be located in Midland, Texas. The Floorhand assists the Motorhand, Derrickhand, and Driller in day-to-day rig operations. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and cleaning, checking the rig and equipment, and assisting in drilling activities. The Floorhand is responsible for making drill pipe connections and tripping pipe in/out of the drilling hole. Brief Description: The HSE Advisor will be responsible for the occupational HSE-related activities for the Companys designated operational areas. This position also requires ensuring HSE risks are managed according to Company policies, standards and processes, industry best practices and standards, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This position involves occasional manual labor functions and duties. The HSE Advisor works closely with and assists other employees and supports designated operational areas. The candidate should have experience within the onshore drilling industry, a proven track record and commitment to achieving all HSE and Company objectives. Brief Description: The Floorhand assists the Motorhand, Derrickhand, and Driller in day-to-day rig operations. Major responsibilities include general maintenance and cleaning, checking the rig and equipment, and assisting in drilling activities. The Floorhand is responsible for making drill pipe connections and tripping pipe in/out of the drilling hole. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for numerous administrative functions related to the startup and the ongoing operations of an oilfield remanufacture and service facility. The successful candidate will: set high standards of performance for themselves and others; be professional in written, verbal and personal communications in any situation; seek opportunities to learn and develop new skills, knowledge and experiences; have an analytical mindset that can utilize factual data to develop creative and business-oriented solutions; be self- aware and adjust accordingly to different environments and audiences; and be flexible to adapt and adjust to an ever changing work environment.
