Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Care Coordinator at MCC Solutions in Brentwood, TN. The Client Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role will involve effective communication with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. The Client Care Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and ensuring smooth implementation of technology solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and providing exceptional customer service
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Experience in a customer-facing role or in the technology industry is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or training in customer service or technology solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
