Job Details – CT / Rad Tech Travel Contract Job Title: CT / Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab & Interventional Radiology Location: Rockville, Maryland 20850 Healthcare Setting: Acute Care Hospital, Level II Trauma Center Contract Type: Travel healthcare job Start Date: November 3, 2025 End Date: February 2, 2026 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: 4x10-Hour Days (07:00 - 17:30) Hours per Week: 40 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2,490–$2,670 On-Call: 15 shifts per month (STEMI Call team must respond within 30 minutes; 2-hour call back guaranteed) Weekend Call: 1 full weekend per month Scrub Color: Provided Charting Systems: Cerner, McKesson Parking: Free parking in the Patient Visitor Parking Garage Qualifications – CT / Rad Tech Jobs in Maryland Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology Experience in Trauma Level I or Level II hospital setting required Proficiency in both Cath Lab and IR procedures (required) ARRT certification required; RCIS accepted with strong Cath Lab and IR background Active Maryland state Radiologic Technologist license (required at time of submission) BLS and ACLS certifications (required) Demonstrated skills in angioplasty, cardiac stent placement, AICD insertion/programming, pacemaker insertion, and maintaining sterile field Neuro intervention experience preferred Strict no-tobacco policy (nicotine screening required) COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions) Two supervisor references required Key Responsibilities – Interventional Radiology & Cath Lab Tech Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the Cath Lab and IR suite, including elective caths, RHC, STEMI, IABP, and pacemaker insertions Manage a caseload of 8-12 patients, focusing on adult and geriatric populations Respond rapidly to STEMI call activations and deliver high-quality patient care in urgent situations Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Adhere to infection control and sterile technique protocols at all times Float within the hospital or to affiliate hospitals as needed Complete required orientation and annual training modules Apply now to join our Maryland healthcare team as a CT / Radiologic Technologist and take the next step in your travel healthcare career Benefits 401K with Matching, Healthcare, Dental and Vision About GHR For over 30 years, GHR Healthcare has helped talented professionals find fulfilling roles in hospitals, clinics, and facilities nationwide.
