Senior Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the project focused on supply chain optimization through DC unification and collapse. This role requires strong project management expertise and a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Responsibilities: Manage project deliverables, timelines, and governance. Drive performance and engagement across cross-functional teams. Coordinate DC unification/collapse activities and ensure operational readiness during go-live. Communicate effectively with director-level stakeholders and external partners. Prepare for potential pivot to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects in FY26. Skills and requirements: 710 years of experience: 34 years in supply chain or IT operations. 25 years in project management. Proven ability to manage complex supply chain projects and system conversions. Strong knowledge of: Supply chain lifecycle (inventory strategy, SKU assortment, DC collapse). Project governance and tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to convey complex ideas concisely. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions. Background in inventory management or ERP systems. Experience with SAP S/4HANA (not required for Tempo but valuable for future projects).
