Description

Our Commercial Project Manager holds a crucial role in upholding unwavering, exceptional customer service standards. They are tasked with optimizing the performance of all job functions in alignment with Tadlock Roofing's mission to positively influence our employees, communities, and the industry at large. This role demands a proactive, hands-on approach executed with enthusiasm. Your dedication and acute attention to detail will be pivotal in enhancing our efficiency and driving success, transforming each task into a step toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to fostering a positive work environment by emphasizing and embodying the cultural values of Tadlock Roofing.
  • Review and plan roofing projects including creating a project plan that focuses on Safety and OTD (On Time Delivery).
  • Estimate roofing projects by providing bids that encompass the requested scope of work and offer accurate labor numbers, ensuring profitability.
  • Maintain continuous communication with both current and upcoming projects to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Manage project timelines and facilitate effective communication with the Commercial Team to ensure comprehensive awareness and alignment among all team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials, to guarantee timely completion of projects.
  • Ability to implement and enforce OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all workers and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet when faced with unforeseen anomalies during roofing projects.
  • Monitor and manage project expenses meticulously to ensure adherence to budget, implementing cost-saving processes when available.

  • Roofing industry skills and knowledge.
