Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field or Experience in Lieu of Education - Preferred 5 years of experience in healthcare IT, with at least 3 years focused on VNA or enterprise medical imaging solutions. or SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE 1. In-depth knowledge of DICOM, HL7, and IHE integration profiles.2. Strong understanding of storage technologies, including SAN, NAS, and cloud-based solutions.3. Experience with major VNA platforms (e.g., Hyland Acuo, IBM Watson Imaging, Merative, Philips IntelliSpace).4. Familiarity with PACS, RIS, and EMR systems and their integration with VNA.5. Knowledge of healthcare privacy and security regulations (HIPAA, HITECH).6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.7. Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:1. Certifications such as CIIP (Certified Imaging Informatics Professional) or equivalent.2. Experience with AI and machine learning applications in medical imaging.3. Knowledge of healthcare workflows and clinical operations.4. Project management experience or certification (PMP).
