Job Description:

Required Skills:

  • Need 5+ years of exp.
  • Genesys Cloud Testing
  • IVR, Genesys Testing
  • Cloud Exp.

Responsibilities:

  • Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting.
  • For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test.
  • Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira.
  • Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents.
  • Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms Qtest.
  • Experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing.
  • Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle.
  • Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
