Required Skills:
- Need 5+ years of exp.
- Genesys Cloud Testing
- IVR, Genesys Testing
- Cloud Exp.
Responsibilities:
- Working experience validating various Contact Center components related to voice, email, and work items channels both on-Prem and Genesys cloud to include Genesys data and reporting.
- For both Functional and Non-Functional expertise in Test Case Design, Test Execution, Defect Management, Reporting and Test.
- Experience of logging the bugs on Qtest and Jira.
- Proficient in preparing Test plan strategy, Test Approach and Test Results documents.
- Able to design and execute various testing techniques and strategies.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in test automation tools supporting Contact Center platforms Qtest.
- Experience with Cyara for automated IVR testing.
- Understands the SDLC, Agile/SCRUM concepts and software release cycle.
- Prefer to have experience in Genesys cloud testing.
