HR Generalist

* Respond and investigate employee relations issues and recommend steps of action.

* Benefits Administration / Open Enrollment

* Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, advice employees and contract managers on the interpretation of human resources policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

* Complete hiring process, status changes, and termination process. Ensure new hire packets are complete in accordance with Federal and State law as well as company and contract policies. Maintain HR records.

* Process unemployment claims and participates in unemployment hearings, when needed, assist with wage/hour, EEOC and NLRB charges and requests.

* Provide current and prospective employees with information about company policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.

* Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars

* Perform other HR related functions as assigned.

- Strong full-cycle Human Resources experience

- Experience working in manufacturing or related industry
