Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist. May lead and direct the work of others. Conducts the research necessary to develop and revise training courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs. Develops all instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids). Develops all student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and/or computer based/computer aided training. #J-18808-Ljbffr
