Webster Trucks is Tasmania’s leading retail truck operation selling in excess of 50% of the new trucks. Webster Trucks operates as the authorised dealer for Isuzu, Mack, UD, and Volvo Trucks and provides state-wide service, repair and parts support for the Tasmanian trucking community. The Customer Care Consultant will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager, working across both the Webster Trucks and Motors Tas businesses, and will be required to assist across a range of tasks to meet Internal and external stakeholder, as well as franchisor, requirements. The role is flexible with hours per week and days of work including start and finish times. The Customer Care Consultant position is a multifaceted role incorporating activities related to, but not limited to: Customer Service (Retention & Satisfaction) Training Co-Ordination Employee Engagement Administration & Reporting Marketing & Event Planning CRM System Development The successful applicant for this position will need to demonstrate Highly organised administrator Outbound and inbound call experience viewed favourably Applicants must have the right to work in Australia without restriction.
