SUMMARY: As a Senior Financial Analyst, your expertise in financial analysis and operational collaboration is critical for bringing crucial data to light and facilitating informed decision-making. Your role involves developing sophisticated financial models, analyzing historical trends, and conducting predictive analytics with confidence. Leveraging modern technology, you will create sustainable and easily accessible reporting to drive impactful outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaboratively oversee the annual budgeting and mid-year business planning process, working directly with P&L Leaders.
- Develop financial models for business planning.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends and patterns.
- Conduct predictive analytics for forecasting.
- Develop sustainable, relevant reporting solutions.
- Create and present reporting decks for quarterly business reviews, town halls, board meetings, and other financial/operational discussions.
- Collaborate with Operations and Accounting/Finance teams to identify and solve issues efficiently.
- Manage projects and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor or advanced degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of data analysis and financial modeling experience.
- Construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or comparable data and reporting applications.
- Strong statistical and quantitative analytical skills.
- Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through to completion.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Effective Leadership, specifically in working across organizations to identify and solve issues while developing effective teams and driving results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication, able to present complex data.
PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. Baker providesa variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, Employee-Owned Program (ESOP), paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
